This past week, I was up north for work and just so happened to drive by downtown Los Altos around lunchtime.As I drove up and down the street, I decided to make my way over to AG Ferrari Foods.
For those of you who don’t know, AG Ferrari is a small delicatessen chain that sells quality lunch meat, imported cheese, pasta, olive oil and ready made meals (ravs or lasagna). For lunch, they have a wonderful sandwich menu and offer fresh sandwiches with unique condiments.
I got the toscano sandwich, which was made with house-made chiabatta bread, salami, olive tapenade, provolone cheese, leaf lettuce and balsamic vinaigrette.
