Face it: Food Trucks have come a long way. They're no longer the disgusting roach coaches that hang out in front of high schools and hardware stores.With the recession hitting the food industry hard in 2009, tons of entrepreneurs found the only way they could open their dream restaurant was if it was on wheels.
This weekend, downtown San Jose will be hosting a Food Truck festival all day. Starting at 11:30 am, lunch will be provided by a few movable eateries. Come dinner, more trucks will be rollin up.
